On September 14, 2023, the Office of the Vietnam Codex Commission (Department of Food Safety) organized a scientific conference on the Vietnam Codex Technical Committee on Food Labeling in Hanoi city.
The purpose of this Workshop is to exchange, discuss and comment on 03 drafts of international Codex standards on Food Labeling:
Draft 1: Regulations on labeling of allergens in food;
Draft 2: Instructions for using technology to provide information when labeling;
Draft 3: Guidance on regulations on pre-packaged food information when purchased and sold by e-commerce.
